Why no oysters? Or epoisses? Or goat's milk? Or curried goat? Or head cheese? Had them before and didn't like them, or just pretty sure they're gross?
I'm with you on the raw peppers, though. Food should not injure you.
Oysters - I had once and never again, it was the most unpleasant thing I've ever had in my mouth, Clams I like though, which is amusing if you consider I'm straight, hehe ;)
Epoisses - I hate really stinky French cheeses, I'm very nasal in my eating and even if something tastes angelic, if it smells like old sneakers, all I want to do is leave the room.
Surprisingly Durian isn't that bad, but it was on the bubble for the list, but I decided to Bold because I like durian ice cream.
Goat - I've had, sadly I hate the flavor of all things goat.
Head cheese - I grew up with my mom trying to feed me this gelatinized savory meat stuff popular with hungariran's, the stuff made me vomit, to this day the thought of anything similiar (headcheese) makes me gag.
